Solution running over dusty crystal moves grime around rather than removing it, deposits residue in every crevice, and can drive moisture into pin fittings, sockets and wiring where it does real harm.

What actually works

Real results come from attention to every part and every piece. Our technicians clean and polish by hand, crystal by crystal, arm by arm. For certain chandeliers in certain conditions we use a carefully controlled solution application and rinse process, but only when it is the safest method for that specific fixture, and always with the frame, fittings and wiring fully protected inside and out.

Prep is most of the job

Here is something that surprises most clients: the prep work often takes longer than the cleaning itself. We protect floors and furnishings, stage lighting and work tables, and study how the fixture is assembled before touching a single crystal. That preparation is why the cleaning goes smoothly and why your home looks exactly as we found it, except for the chandelier, which looks considerably better.

The bottom line

A chandelier is jewelry for a room, and nobody cleans fine jewelry by hosing it down. If a process sounds effortless, it is probably moving dirt rather than removing it. Careful hands, the right method for the fixture, and patience deliver the shine.
