These Terms and Conditions govern the services and communications provided by Brightmen Chandeliers ("Brightmen," "we," "us," or "our"), a chandelier services company serving Florida. By using our website, requesting our services, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Most estimates are prepared from photos you provide and are free of charge. Estimates are based on the information available to us and may be adjusted if the fixture, access or conditions differ materially from what was described. Emergency services are available for an additional fee.
We stand behind a complete satisfaction guarantee: you are happy when we finish, or you do not pay. Our work is backed by a $2 million liability insurance policy. Some fixtures, including plated or clear coated metals and certain fragile or previously damaged pieces, may not qualify for every service, and we will tell you before work begins.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash and checks. Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing.
By providing your mobile phone number to Brightmen Chandeliers and opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from Brightmen Chandeliers. These messages may include communications about your service requests, scheduling and upcoming work, appointment reminders and follow ups, and occasional promotions and future maintenance reminders. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
