Most of our estimates never require a site visit. A few good photos tell us the fixture type, size, condition and hanging height, which is everything we need to price the work accurately and usually the same day.
The single best photo is taken from the ground floor, far enough back to capture the whole chandelier plus something around it: a doorway, a staircase or furniture. That context tells us the true size of the fixture and how high it hangs, which drives how we staff and equip the job.
After the wide shot, add one or two closer pictures showing the crystal or glass up close, plus anything you are concerned about, such as broken pieces, missing crystals or tarnished metal. If the fixture is on a dimmer, a photo with the lights on and one with them off both help. Videos work too.
Text your photos to (888) 977-8920 or attach them to our quote form. Include your name, your city and roughly how long it has been since the last professional cleaning. That is it. We will reply with pricing and scheduling, and if we think the fixture can wait, we will tell you that too.
