Do you install chandeliers?
We will assemble and stage chandeliers for electricians to install. Only a licensed electrician can connect a light fixture to power. We partner with local electricians that are reliable and experienced.
Do you clean commercial chandeliers?
Yes we offer our services to all commercial properties.
What area do you service?
We service all of SouthWest, Central and North Florida including Orlando, Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater, Naples, Fort Myers, Jacksonville and surrounding areas. We also travel further from time to time for special projects.
What is the cost of your service?
Since every property is different every service's pricing is going to vary. We can typically give an accurate estimate from photos of your fixtures. Commercial properties typically need to be priced on-site.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
Our solutions consist mostly of mild detergents such as Dawn or Finish. However cleanings and restoration projects will require the use of stronger solutions.
How often should I have my chandeliers cleaned?
For indoor fixtures we usually recommend having them cleaned every 1-2 years. For high traffic areas such as restaurants and hotels it may be as often as every quarter. For exterior lights it may be more frequent as well.
Do you repair chandeliers?
We may do small repair work such as fixing broken arms or rehanging/rewiring crystal pieces, as well as parts replacement however we do not fabricate pieces. You'll need to consult an electrician for electrical issues above the junction box in the ceiling.
Do you clean chandeliers from a ladder?
Most of the time our work is from a ladder unless the fixture is already on the ground or has a motorized hoist. Depending on the fixture we may clean removal crystals, bobeches and other parts on the ground. For commercial work we often utilize lifts to reach high chandeliers.

contact page. If you have many fixtures we may need to schedule an on-site estimate. As always our estimates are free of charge
How long do projects take to complete?
Every project is completely different. Most visits take 5-7 hours, however for larger projects it may take multiple days. Project duration will depend on the size, access and condition of the fixtures needing serviced.

Are you licensed and insured?
Great Question! We carry a $1Million insurance policy. It is important to check any company's coverage status before having them perform work on your building. Not all cleaning companies are properly covered.
