Most of our work is meticulous hand cleaning and polishing, crystal by crystal and arm by arm. For certain chandeliers in certain conditions we also use a carefully controlled solution application and rinse process, chosen only when it is the safest and most effective method for that fixture. In every case, care is taken to protect the chandelier inside and out, from the wiring and fittings at its core to the finish on every surface.
